Beverage Projects

From water, wines and juices to syrups and oils, HMPS Propac pairs EngiO aseptic liquid fillers with VFFS and BaginBox to protect taste, shelf life and throughput. Our hotfill VFFS lines use a zero headspace voiding system for clean, consistent liquid packs, and BIB delivers hygienic, transportready bulk formats.

Confectionery Projects

Delicate confectionery needs speed without damage. Our continuous‑motion VFFS with box‑motion sealing delivers long dwell at very high speeds, ideal for fragile candies in premium formats like edge‑seal stand‑up and reclosable zipper bags.

Propac VFFS is built for innovative pack styles, MAP, and liquid/pumpable inclusions when needed.

Dairy Projects

Whether it’s shredded cheese in zipper pouches, yoghurt in pouches, or cream cheese in BIB, we integrate VFFS, Bag‑in‑Box and Engi‑O filling for sanitary, high‑uptime dairy packaging.

Zipper‑ready VFFS lines are proven on cheese, while dual‑funnel BIB and integrated case packing streamline downstream logistics.

Stainless‑steel, wash‑down builds and hot‑fill options support quality and compliance.

For sauces, soups, oils and condiments, we deliver end‑to‑end automation, from hot‑fill VFFS (including particulates) to high efficiency Bag‑in‑Box for bulk formats.

Meat & Poultry Projects

For IQF cuts and value added products, our continuous‑motion VFFS achieves robust seals on heavy bags and laminates with long‑dwell control.

Where LDPE is specified, dedicated PE sealing jaws clamp and cool to ensure strong, reliable seals; MAP and gas flush are available for shelf‑life targets.

Pharmaceutical Projects

From syrups to nutraceutical liquids, Engi‑O provides aseptic and non‑aseptic Bag‑in‑Box and liquid filling, while Propac VFFS supports precise, repeatable pouching with accuracy due to its Allen‑Bradley controls.

Ready Meals Projects

Hot‑fill VFFS handles sauces, gravies and inclusions, with or without particulates, and can be configured for two‑part filling (solid + liquid) to maintain product integrity and presentation.

For retail‑ready distribution, integrate a BIB system.

Seafood Projects

Frozen and chilled seafood demand tight seals and gentle handling. Our box‑motion, long‑dwell VFFS runs heavy bags at speed; optional LDPE jaws ensure seal strength in challenging conditions, with MAP for freshness.

For chips, nuts and extruded snacks, continuous‑motion VFFS delivers high speed with a short drop height to protect fragile product. Propac systems support zipper reclose, edge‑seal stand‑up and block‑bottom formats, plus MAP where required.
